About Me

My name is Steph, I’m 31 married with two beautiful children and I have primary progressive multiple sclerosis. Up until 7 months ago I had my own successful online business but due to my MS I had to close shop so to speak. My whole life was turned upside down when they said no treatment and my head still spins but the diet has given me focus again. I started the Swank Diet at the start of the year (2011) and now I want to share the delicious and healthy low fat recipes I used to help me.

If you have or care for someone with MS you will understand when I say “I will try anything”, that was me at the start of the year. I was going downhill pretty quickly (in a wheelchair after 7 months & in pain 24/7), then my husband heard about the diet on the TV and that’s what I said “I will try anything”.

Yes! The Swank Diet isn’t a cure for MS but it does help or at least it helped me. Now obviously I’m not cured but certain symptoms are much better, some days I almost feel normal. My balance, vision, pain, stiffness, headaches, burning and numbness is much better, granted I’m far from fixed I have days where everything is just the same but I have a whole lot more better days than before I started eating right through the Swank Diet.

The rest is history and now I’m here today on the hope that I can help someone else with MS through these recipes I found and use daily.
